The ASEAN-Japan Centre (AJC) will co-organize the Seminar on Trade and Investment Promotion with the Japanese Market in collaboration with the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (VIETRADE), the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Viet Nam, the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), and the Vietnam Trade Office in Japan. 

The seminar will be organized as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen Viet Nam–Japan trade and investment cooperation, and to support Vietnamese enterprises and stakeholders in enhancing their understanding of the Japanese market. 

Key Highlights 

  • Market insights from Japan-related organizations 
    Participants will receive updated information on trends, demand, and investment directions of Japanese companies in Viet Nam.  
  • Business environment and market access 
    The session will introduce key aspects of the business environment in Japan and practical approaches for entering the Japanese market.  
  • Experience sharing from enterprises 
    Speakers will share practical insights on exporting to Japan and engaging with Japanese partners under evolving trade conditions.  
  • Investment perspectives 
    Japanese enterprises operating in Viet Nam will provide perspectives on investment requirements and expectations.  

Supporting Future Trade and Investment Activities 

The seminar will also introduce the Viet Nam Trade and Investment Mission to Japan (June–July 2026), which will include business matching, site visits, and engagement with Japanese stakeholders.
