The ASEAN-Japan Centre has provided an opportunity for children to learn and experience from activities that showcase ASEAN. The “Children’s Kasumigaseki Tour Day” is a programme organized by government ministries and agencies located in Kasumigaseki. Through business presentations and exhibitions during the summer vacation period, the initiative aims to provide children with a wide range of information about society, to deepen their understanding of government policies, and to strengthen family bonding through participation in activities. Our event was organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as part of the Children’s Tour Day event.
Children enjoyed activities prepared such as Craft making, Ethnic clothes try out, Making business cards with ASEAN writing characters and experience of ASEAN sports, Sepak Takraw and Da Cau. From series of activities, children became more familiarized with counties of ASEAN.
