As Cambodians, we witness firsthand the growing crisis of plastic pollution, especially from single-use plastics that harm our environment, health, and communities. Understanding the impact of this issue we decided it’s time to take action. Our project “Re-Plastic” focuses on raising awareness, especially among children in rural areas, about the dangers of single-use plastics and the harmful effects of practices like plastic burning. Through education, community engagement, and creative activities, we aim to build a generation that understands and acts against plastic pollution. We hope this initiative inspires others across the world to do the same and create real, lasting change.
