General Information Corner
The General Information Corner displays a wide selection of materials and local publications related to trade, investment, tourism and culture of the ASEAN Member States for public reference.
Opening Hours: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm (Closed on weekends and public holidays)

ASEAN-Japan Hall
Located next to the Secretariat office, the ASEAN-Japan Hall holds various events to promote trade, investment, tourism and intercultural understanding between the ASEAN Member States and Japan, such as economic seminars, business meetings, cross-cultural events, cultural workshops, photo & art exhibitions, and many other events related to the ASEAN.
Use of the ASEAN-Japan Hall
The ASEAN-Japan Hall can be rented for events to promote the economies of ASEAN countries and to strengthen the partnership between Japan and ASEAN countries, as long as the hall is not used for the Center’s business.

The following are prerequisites to use the hall for your event.
- The purpose of using the ASEAN-Japan Hall is to promote relations between Japan and ASEAN countries.
- Not for profit by the sponsoring or co-sponsoring organization.
- Operated and conducted under the responsibility of the organizer.
- AJC becomes a co-sponsor or sponsor of the event.
