Quality Service Training Workshop (Thailand & Brunei)

With the aim to provide quality service to Japanese tourists visiting ASEAN countries, the ASEAN-Japan Centre has conducted training workshops for persons working in tourism industry.

The training workshop was conducted in Bangkok, Thailand and Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei, in cooperation with the Tourism Authority of Thailand and the Brunei Tourism respectively. Mr. Yama gave practical training on “What is the high quality service?”, “Guide Techniques” and “How to deal with complaints from Japanese tourists”. Mr. Fuchigami lectured on “Trend of Japanese overseas travel market” and “Japanese traditions and culture”. This training workshop was highly appreciated by the participants.
