AJC to host a session on “Z generation and ASEAN Business” at “ASEAN-Japan Business Week 2022”(5/30-6/3)

Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan and relevant organizations of ASEAN and Japan will hold the “ASEAN-Japan Business Week” from May 30th to June 3rd. ASEAN-Japan Center will host a session entitled “Z generation and ASEAN Business” on June 3rd, the final day of the event.

“Z generation and ASEAN Business” Friday, June 3rd, 3:30-5:00pm
We will invite young entrepreneurs based in Japan and ASEAN countries to discuss future ASEAN businesses. What kind of mindset do young entrepreneurs who are active in Japan and ASEAN countries have? How do they see Generation Z, which will be the center of society in the future? They will discuss these topics as well as tips to Japanese companies that are planning to do business for young people in ASEAN. Secretary General Hirabayashi will give the closing remarks for the session.

In ASEAN counties, Generation Z (those who are currently between the age of 10 to 25) makes up a large proportion of the population and will be the center of the market in the future. This session will be suitable for those who are interested in Gen Z of ASEAN and the current state of business by them.
