[New] Member registration: how to register to join webinars/events by AJC

Due to the systems change, we would like to introduce a new seminar registration system from April 2022. Member registration to the new system is required to participate in webinars and events by the ASEAN-Japan Center. Once you register, you will be able to sign-up for various webinar events from your own account without having to enter your personal information each time you apply. We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.

Go to Member Registration page

1. Creating a new account

Click “Create a User Account.”

2. Enter your information

Enter all required fields and click the green “Confirm” button.

Once you click “Confirm” button, you will see the page on the left.

3. Receive the email and complete registration

You will receive an email from us titled “Thank you for registering our seminar system”, so please click the Registration URL to complete the registration.

4. Registration completed

When you click the registration URL, you will see the page on the left. Registration is completed.

How to sign-up for events/webinars

1. Go to Seminar registration page
2. Click the title of the event/seminar you wish to join.
3. Select the way you participate the event/seminar and enter questions if you have any (optional) and click the green “Submit” button. Review the details on the next page and click the green “Submit” button again.
4. Registration is completed.
