Regional workshop on CLMV (Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar and Vietnam) Tourism Promotion Project was held at Melia Hotel in Hanoi on 17 December 2009.

Participants were not only from CLMV, but also from Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, ASEAN Secretariat and Mekong Tourism Coordinating Office.

In the workshop, the participants shared the recommendations on tourism marketing from the consultants, following the consultants’ report on principal findings through the survey trips to CLMV.

Following this regional workshop, AJC will hold a destination seminar for the Japanese travel trade sector in Tokyo in March 2010.
