Privacy Policy of the ASEAN-Japan Centre

The ASEAN Japan Centre regards protection of its website users’ personal information as social responsibility, and will handle it properly.

1.Purpose of Use
Personal information obtained through “Inquiry” and “Request for Information Materials” services is kept strictly confidential, and will be used only to achieve the objectives stated in the followings.
  1. To provide information on the activities of the ASEAN-Japan Centre
  2. To deliver requested information materials
  3. To contact the information provider, as the needs arises, to implement the Centre’s activities
  4. To cooperate with judicial organs and the police if requested
